  • You may return most new, unworn, and undamaged items within3 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items, pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process
